These maps are so great. You can map out and highlight your path. Then just clean and go. Plus have you seen any maps in stores. GPS goes out Iām ready. Especially when traveling from east coast to west coast. Would recommend

I love these heavily laminated Rand McNally maps because they last a very long time. Drives me insane how quickly unlaminated paper maps begin to tear at fold lines.I have used this daily for weeks now and it is like new. I have several for different areas now. This one of Kentucky is great, helps me feel secure in wandering out to new places, knowing I'll be able to re-orient myself even if my GPS fails, and when my cell service dies out in the hills.Remember to fold it back up the way it WANTS to be folded - don't force it to fold a different way, or you'll be sorry, because it will "forget" it's natural fold eventually.Do not depend on ONLY your cell-service to show you digital maps.Do not depend on ONLY your car's GPS to show you where to go (they go out of date quickly).DEAH says: those without LAMINATED paper maps are doomed to be lost soon.Confucius says: It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop ....

This is a valuable resource for our family. I have ordered 3 of these maps for family. Our youngest is now a Freshman at Eastern Kentucky University and we all live in Texas. Invaluable map for the trip there and future trips.

This laminated road map is easy to read and fold away. Since it is laminated you can use a marker to plan trips, add detours and mark places that you would like to visit again. We just use water to erase what was marked or if that don't work rubbing alcohol.
