This is not a replacement for the one from my 25 year old Broan hood. It looks like it's supposed to be, but like everything else modern, it's an absolute pile of trash. Cheap, awful looking plastic lens with what looks like hot glue showing all over around its perimeter. Plus, the whole part doesn't stay in the hood because the retention features don't work. The pull tab that allows you to remove it from the hood doesn't stay in place at all and is cheap junk. I'll keep cleaning and using the 25 year old one that's a million times higher quality. Why can't anyone make anything anymore?
