I just received this product in the mail, no instructions, anchor screws don’t fit and I only got one stabilizing leg. How do I contact “Ranming” to get the other leg?!Totally bummed

I have been using it every day for quite awhile now with a double bass pedal hooked up to it, and I have had no issues with wear and tear

This practice bass drum pad was not built correctly. The main holes are not even so requires brute force to make it work. Also the stabilizer screw holes are too small to put the screws in, so will move all over if you try to use it. Whoever drilled the holes in this product should get fired for making such a shoddy product!

INSTALLATION:No instructions. I had to bring up the product site to look at the pictures of where all the screws went. The screws are actually screwed in from the bottom into the legs. Odd. It should've been from the top down and INTO the base. For me no instructions is a NO NO!!!SETUP:When I finally figured out how to put it together, it was easy. The holes are a bit tight, but I think that is out of design because once you start screwing the screw in, it sort of taps itself and becomes a perfect, snug fit. You don't want a loose fit.USE:My beater actually hits, way above the center. And it's not adjustable. What you have is what you get. I am not going to adjust my beater height just to land in the center. That would be unacceptable. I know I won't use the spike screws, but those screws are rather snug. I still left them on there.OVERALL:Look for a product that has good instructions and has height adjustability. Pass on this one.
