We were able to use the 3M tape that came with it instead of screwing it in. So far it has held well.

I used the tape to install this on my boat. They hold needle nose pliers and scissors perfectly fine. The magnets aren’t crazy strong but strong enough to prevent tools from falling out. The rapala sticker bowed and fell off on the first day out though, which I actually prefer. Recommended.
