This is a fantastic test kit and one I've never seen before. Every winter we play the is it covid or the flu or a bad cold game, and usually waste a trip to the doctor along with a hefty copay only to find out it's a cold. The cost of 4 tests is less than a single doctor visit so it's definitely a great value. I can attest that the results are accurate because I ended up taking my son to the doctor with a lot of covid symptoms, and it was indeed just a cold. I tested him with this kit at home just to see if it was a reliable test, and it showed negative for all. I'll be getting more of these, because my parents have compromised immune systems, so if we show any signs of the flu or covid, we can't be around them. Having a quick test like this on hand that covers both illnesses is incredibly convenient.

The Healgen Rapid test kit checks for COVID and Flu A and B. It is so nice to be able to check for multiple viruses with just 1 test! It is easy to use, it comes with the actual test board, a swab and the activator. The directions are clearly spelled out in English only. There are 4 tests in this kit, and it is a great price for 4 kits! Great for a family or if you test early and need to retest after a couple of days of symptoms.The whole process takes 20-30 minutes if you read the directions. It is very similar to the other tests on the market, once you add the drops to the test cartridge, you need to wait 15 minutes to read the results (no more then 20 minutes). It was very easy to follow along and the important information is bolded in the instructions. Easy to read and understand the results, this is a very simple test to use to check when you are sick.This has an 18 month shelf life and it very well priced for kits (the sale price)! When I need more, I know this is the brand I will go to because it is very well priced!

Latest home self test kits are all inclusive of Covid and flu. Very definitive diagnosis. Usual test extraction methodology of nose swabs everyone is used to. Seems to be accurate but cost is about $12.50 per test and others are about $10 each.

I can't tell you how accurately it shows a positive, but it correctly determined a negative in our case. We recently had a nasty illness sweep through our house. We all had flu like symptoms and very high fevers. My kiddos hate being tested for things like this so it was nice to combine two tests in one. It showed negative readings for both covid and flu. At first I questioned how accurate it was, but then my daughter's fever spiked so high that we decided to being her in to the Dr for them to check and even their tests came back negative. We had some other virus that the tests aren't designed for. I was impressed that the dr quality tests agreed with this home version. Hopefully we don't have a chance to test this out with a positive reading of either virus, but it's good to have on hand just in case!

Haven't been sick yet to test these for accuracy, but they're here for when we need them! They're the 15-minute faster test kits, and they have a separate round swab and pre-filled tube of buffer solution to use rather than those annoying ones with the flat paper piece that you are somehow supposed to effectively rub around a nostril.I really like that they also test for flu, since either of those viruses is important to know about before risking exposure to others in vulnerable groups.

I'm so excited to see more Covid/Flu combo tests become available on the market this year. Healgen is the newest addition in this trend. Oddly, I do not see Healgen Rapid Check on FDA's OTC Covid-19 diagnostics test page (maybe they stopped updating it?), but there's plenty of other official documentation, including from the FDA, announcing Healgen as the first non-EUA approved diagnostic test, so I'm quite sure that this one is legit.The test works much like any other lateral flow tests: there's a swab you stick in your nose then swish it around the reagent solution then drip 8 (!) drops onto the cartridge and watch the pretty lines. It's 15 min test, just like any other.As for the actual effectiveness, I have not had Covid (or any kind cold/flu bug) to test it out, but considering that it is FDA approved, I have no particular reason to doubt the efficacy.Extra plus here is that you get 4 tests in this package - enough for a whole family (or enough for retests on a smaller family).

At this point everyone has used an at home COVID tests, and this kit from Healgen is exactly that, with the added benefit of influenza tests all in one.The process is the same: nasal swab, mix in a lysis buffer, drop onto the test kit and read the lines 15 minutes later.It's got good value with 4 test kits included at a $30 price point.From what I can tell, Healgen is an American company, headquartered in Houston TX. According to the box, the kit was manufactured at that location, despite Amazon reporting a China CoO.

Have not used yet but it's nice to have on hand. Especially since it does Covid, Flu A and Flu B. My friend has these and said they work great. Great value for the money. Very easy to use. Was very accurate and if you do have anything it checks for it will show very fast.
