It was a identical replacement raw water pump. Pump housing was cracked at a mounting bolt hole . It didn’t leak , but will monitor to see if the crack migrates or leaks .

Installed the pump everything was great for about a month. Used the boat maybe 4 times. Last weekend took it out and it over heated. Took the raw water pump apart and found a stripped impeller. These things should last a year before they need to be replaced not a month.

First of all, these pumps have a great price. They are way less than the oem pump. For the most part, they work well. NOW! You have to watch them. They have a tendency to spin the impeller in the housing. So they’ll look like they’re running from the front, but they aren’t pumping water. I also had one throw the bearing in the front. Having said that, they immediately send a replacement, and I have learned to carry an extra onboard. Sometimes you have to adapt! Will continue to use them.
