Had no idea this Raybestos 859PG Professional Grade Drum-in-Hat Parking Brake Shoe Set had such a small grace period to be returned, would have tried installing it faster.After installing parking braking shoe I have discovered that rotors were not a good fit with them,even with adjuster being on the minimum, and when trying to drive, the car is not moving properly they are holding off the wheels, which causes unnecessary friction and overheating. To fit need to grind off sides which in turn could make this part faulty from the engineering standpoint.

Had to fully collapse the slack adjuster and master cylinder in order to squeeze the drum on to where they could spin freely. But so far no problems after a week of driving with and without a load on the back

Installed emergency brake shoes. I could not get the rotor/drum over the shoes with adjusters closed completely. Noticed that a weld on the inside of the shoes was restricting the the adjusters from seating completely. Filed/Flared out adjuster slot to allow shoes to closed completely. Difficult to find problem.

I double checked fit for car. When installed, drum would not fit over brake as was expanded to far. Found video on YouTube that said this can be an issue and had to grind out part of bracket to allow brake to come together closer in order for the drum to go on.
