Mine were out of round. Terrible shame.As I was having the shoes, hardware, and front brakes done I purchased all the applicable parts as a contingency. Upon removal of the old Bosch drums, he found they were still in good shape and within specifications. Since the other parts were new I asked him to install these anyway and I stored the old ones. They hardware was adjusted but I kept hearing a clicking noise from the rear when breaking. After a month of this annoyance I disassembled the rear driver side and tested out the old ones (since they never clicked). This immediately solve the problem. I am mechanically inclined but tend to have my mechanic do the work since he has the appropriate jacks and working environment. So, I replaced the other side and reinstalled the shoes & drums. I notified my mechanic and he thinks they were out of round either during manufacturing or whilst being beat up during shipping. These may work very well for others but I recommend getting certain parts locally for ease of return. Due to this situation, I bought my front rotors locally even though they would be a few dollars more. As far as craftsmanship is concerned, they were a perfect match to the prior drums and appeared to be of great quality. I am aware even the ones bought locally can be out of round but at least those can be exchanged quickly. :)

I had to have these drums turned after installing them and finding them out of round. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping or what.

Chinese made, but at least they were round (unlike the NAPA Chinese ones)These were not painted like the photo

One thing I have noticed is how much more material is on these drums than the cheap chinese one's that I pulled off my Taurus. Also, these have a nice black paint on the outside that appears that it will hold up, the chinese ones rusted within a week of me putting them on the car.These should hold up very well. I will buy Raybestos again.
