Installed both the BH38894 and BH38895 and unfortunately the included copper washers are too thin and leaked, making a mess and forcing me to drive to the store to buy some new washers.This is the third time with a Raybestos product this year that I have had quality control/part issues with their brake parts.Should have bought the cheaper H38894 and H38895 to install, would have paid for having to order/buy replacement copper washers of the proper thickness.

While this brake hose did indeed fit our 1996 Jeep, it comes with totally useless crush washers. Don't bother messing with them, just throw them away and get some quality crush washers from your local auto-parts store.The washers provided are so thin and flimsy they don't seal no matter how much torque you apply to the banjo bolt.Upon using decent crush washers that were almost 3 times thicker, the seal was complete and I could then bleed the system without leaks. Decent washers were just a $1 and would have prevented using more brake fluid as I had to disassemble a second time to replace the "new" crush washers that came with the hose.I've done numerous repairs like this, I should have known better as soon as I saw the washers provided. My bad!If the washers had been decent, this would have been a 5 star plus rating. But being fooled by them, and having to take it apart again to put in real crush washers drops it to 3 stars.When doing a project this messy, who wants to do it twice, on the same vehicle, in the same hour?

Nothing special. A Chinese made part that bolts in place and performs correctly. Not a bad deal for the money.
