The stamping platform can be used with clear stamps. The top of the platform is hinged to the base, so it can be easily flipped open and close. The strong magnets secure paper, cardstock, fabric, film and more for crisp and clear results. The clear stamps will cling to the top surface, like they would to an acrylic block. The platform can be cleaned with a damp cloth when using water-based inks, for other inks, stamp cleaner can be used to remove smudges.

I was looking for the Couture Creations Precision Stamp Press, but it was either sold out or ridiculously expensive. If this isn't exactly the same, I can't see what's different! Shipping was MUCH faster than anticipated (it arrived a week before even the earliest expected delivery date). I'm really happy with this purchase!
