I purchased this for my son who used it for exactly one day before it stopped working. Razor explicitly states to contact them and not return the product to Amazon if it is defective, which is a mistake.After three separate repair attempts that you must perform yourself after the parts are shipped to you (replaced battery, replaced the mother board, replaced the motor), rather then replace the product they instructed me to bring it to an authorized repair shop, the closest of which is 45 minutes away. For a $40 unit. Of course by this point the return window to Amazon has closed so you are out of luck. Amazon refuses to return once the 4-week return window has closed.If you do purchase this product, ignore Razor's request not to return it to Amazon if it breaks, at least you will get a refund that way. Better than an expensive paperweight.

My son used this less than a dozen times and the remote control broke. It was very fun and he enjoyed it the few times he was able to use it . The joystick part of the remote control has a very fragile metal piece and once it breaks off you no longer have control over the rip stick. Iām going to call the manufacture hoping they will replace it will post an update if they do .

My likes about it: The ripstik can move faster than your swivel with the manual kinds.My Dislikes about it: The ripstik takes longer to turn a corner at ease and when going faster and coming to a stop, you will be bound to fall off the ripstik. Also, batteries are needed to control your ripstik; charging the board as well is also required.I gave it a five star because it's faster than you happens to put effort on to it.

This is a fun thing to have if your balance is one of your assets. I have given up using it myself since balance is a struggle instead of a strength. I have a good history with my Segway self-balance scooters and a hoverboard but this is one I couldn't tame. When it takes off, it zooms off and I fell on a rump too many times. However, for avid skateboarders, it's a great buy!

My 11 year old loves this. The charge only lasts a couple hours but we charge it nightly. The time she gets to ride it is adequate for us. I wasn't sure if just a couple hours of fun each charge would be enough but I'm glad I purchased.

My daughter got this for Christmas and absolutely loves it. The propulsion works well even for her 140 pounds.Wish it had a way to keep the remote attached when not in use. Say, a strap or magnet. Approx 40 minute run-time. Just wish it lasted longer OR had a faster charger.

We got this for our 11 year old son for Christmas in an effort to interest him in something other than addictive endless video games... Well, it has worked! It is super fun for him to ride and the charge lasts for longer than we expected. Hopeful that it lasts based on some of the other reviews, but already is worth the money. We highly recommend this board!

This product is a GET! So great! Although it is fairly easy to scratch the plastic, it is fast, fun, and exciting. On the product description, it says 40 min. of fun, mine went full speed almost 1 hour and 30 minutes! I got this for My son's Christmas present and he won't let go of it. IT'S SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVE GOT TO BUY!!!!!!!
