My Doberman unfortunately suffered a pretty major cut while running around with our other dog. They accidentally collided in a weird way, and she walked away with a very deep cut in her shoulder. This is the sort of thing you keep on hand and hope you never have to use, but in a time where I was panicked and shaky trying to figure things out, having this on hand was very helpful. I opened it up and I had written down the number for our vet & emergency vet which was great to have right in front of me. It sounds stupid, but when you’re panicked and rushed it’s nice to have that info right in front of you instead of having to stop & google. This kit had everything I needed to safely get her patched up well enough to get her to the emergency vet. The kit was so handy to have and instantly made me feel like I had some sort of control over a terrible situation. If you have pets, this is a great thing to have on hand.

Great product which is the 2nd one that I purchased the 1st being for my oldest niece and her rescued dog. Also, easy to find due to its red color. Only thing need is for a list of dog emergencies and how to usethis product before seeing a Veterinarian etc.

Good first aid kit. We used it when our dog was in labour. Scissors were very good to have.

This is a well designed kit for pet first aid. Very easy to use manual with everything you need to help your pet until you can get them to the vet. Highly recommended for anyone who has a forever pet family member!

This kit seems to have everything we would need but hope to never have to use it. It fits easily in the seat back, under the seat or in the console. It is worth the cost for the peace of mind it brings.

This is a great pet first aid kit. I would recommend it to others. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because a tongue depressor is broken and 4 of the antiseptic wipes are missing.

Perfect for a basic kit. It has space to add more things, and has a lot of pockets and separate areas to organize the things inside. It also comes with a very thorough pet first aid guide that I think would be extremely helpful in an emergency. I feel a lot better having this kit just in case.

I am a dog walker/pet sitter..its obviously necessary to have a first aid kit on you when you are with your clients pets. I like this kit because it has the pretty much bare essentials that you would need for a minor incident or until you could get the animal to a vet. I do have other items that were purchased outside of this kit that I also choose to have..but if you are just a pet owner yourself or first starting out as a dog walker/pet sitter..this is a good product to purchase.

We travel extensively with our Lab both in an RV as well as just the car. Last year, while staying in a RV campground, our Lab was attacked by another camper’s pit bull. While the attack did not necessitate a visit to the vet, we did perform first aid using what supplies that we keep on hand. We decided it would be prudent and advantageous to have a pet specific first aid kit. This kit is well stocked and comes in a sturdy nylon case that keeps everything organized. Of course this is an item purchased with the hope of never having to use it but is added piece of mind just having on hand for emergencies. Recommended.

I bought this kit to add to our emergency supplies, given some of the recent events in California. I'm sure it will be great to have on hand even just for every-day cuts and minor injuries. Most of the supplies are items you would find in a typical human first-aid kit (bandages, antiseptic wipes, etc.) but I like having an extra kit that is designated for our pets (2 dogs, 1 cat). I also really like that it includes a pet first aid guide, but be advised that most of the instructions are limited and end with consulting your vet. Still, even taking a small extra measure (e.g. splinting, bandaging, etc.) on the way to the emergency vet could be the difference in your pet's survival. I have also added 3 additional items that I think will be very useful: styptic powder (to stop bleeding), vet wrap (non-adhesive wrap bandage), and a pet-specific healing ointment for minor cuts and scrapes. If your pet requires any medication, it would be good to include those as well. Like most first-aid kits, the quantity of each item is limited, so be sure to replace each item when used to make sure the kit is complete. I also really like the fold-out flaps that have a place to write down emergency numbers, and extra slots for any items you choose to add. Overall, a must-have for any pet owner.

I bought this to have on a trip I was taking and this has all the stuff you would need for an emergency. Actually humans could use it also, so really good to have on a vacation. There is some room for extra stuff. My dog takes presciption meds and I put that inside along with extra tube of antibiotic ointment and a small spray bottle of peroxide and still had a little bit of room.
