This chair was supposed to come in with arm rest and didn’t. I reordered it and still no armrest. The chair was sturdy and ok quality, but I needed the armrest. Returned!

One of the best ground blinds chairs I've ever had. The legs adjust for unlevel ground. I can swivel in this chairwith no squeaks. I'm a tall guy and this chair fits me very well. Is very comfortable. Folds up for easy carrying. I strongly recommend this chair.

First and foremost, this CHAIR is EXTREMELY HEAVY FOR A PORTABLE CHAIR APROX 19 POUNDS, NOTE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SAYS WEIGHT, ( 1 ) POUND. I liked the seating height, and adjustable leg feature, the seat material mesh seems a bit thin , will have to see how it holds up after some use, I would have liked to see a REPLACEMENT PARTS LIST included or at least provide a customer service contact phone number or is it considered a IF IT BREAKS THROW IT AWAY PRODUCT?? With no customer service or support?? Also it came with the Back side of both seat rails sticking out through the box, which caused some scrapes and scratches, but no functional damage. Very poor packaging.

The 2nd photo for this item clearly depicts armrests, and the description quoted here:"The Rhino Outdoors RC-009 Deluxe Hunting Chair features a 360° swivel seat with arm rests". The only option offered was to return for a refund, which presented a larger hassle than worthwhile, so buyer chose to provide feedback for the error. Either a) the product was not packaged correctly, b) the description provided for this product is inaccurate, or c) the seller made some other sort of error because the part number on the package received matches the product advertised.The physical construction of the product is good, so I scored it accordingly, with high marks for comfort, sturdiness, and durability.If anyone from Amazon reads this; The buyer would value a partial refund and support editing the feedback to be more favorable.

I am an avid waterfowl hunter and have tried multiple blind seats over the past 40 years. This is the first seat that provided all day comfort. The big positives are comfort, quietness, 4 adjustable legs, and not having to assemble it when you arrive at your location. If you hunt fields or river banks for waterfowl you will love the adjustable feet to get you level. My only complaint is weight but it is built very sturdy hence the extra weight. In my opinion the weight is manageable. I highly recommend this chair.
