These gun sleeves are fabulous, they allow a barrier of protection against rust, scratches, and scraping in a trunk or pick-up, very well made.

What can I say, but...these are what the doctor ordered. They are cut roomy so measure twice and order. These will offer protection from corrosion along with protection to avoid dings when carrying your rifle to the range.

Let's say that you have a safe and a couple of rifles. While they are not expensive rifles, you worked hard to get them and you want to store them to prevent access to them or possible damage from dings and things. A Bore Store is the answer for protecting your investment. They won't; however, prevent access to them, but they will help prevent rust, scratches, and dings on your favorite firearms.The RC-2 Bore Store protects un-scoped carbine up to 40-inches in length. If you need a Bore Store for a scoped carbine, select the SRC-3. There is plenty of space in the case, as the RC-2 is 7-inches at the highest point.Everything is well stitched and padded. The silicon treatments helps to keep moisture away from the firearm while the heavy padding protects the firearm from the usual scratches that may occur when moving the firearm to and from the safe or during transportation. The flap incorporates Velcro and securely fastens flap and body. A label allows you to record what firearm is being stored.Before I discovered Bore Stores, I used gun socks that, I found, were far inferior in to the Bore Store. While I may have some old military firearms and maybe a 'beater' rifle, that doesn't mean that I don''t want to protect them from harm - I may have to rely on them someday.
