I have a sound bar with a subwoofer that has 2 rca ports for the rear speakers. I ran the cords to the speakers behind the wall and put this plate in with those wires to the back. I then plugged in a smaller 6 inch rca cables into the wall plate front side then to the subwoofer. Worked like a charm! Audio quality is great!

Great. Easy to install. Ran a long cat 5 cable and used a transformer to get it back to rca and into this.

The connection is not that tight. I'm afraid that my subwoofer won't sound that good. I'm returning this back.
