On initial observation the machining and finish appear to be excellent. We installed them on my 4 year old's Capra UTB18 and the tolerances are perfect. The portal output shaft feels like it has less slop than before which was already minimal. I didn't want to pay the premium for Axial portal weights that don't even have the black finish and I'm glad I didn't. These gave the UTB18 the weight it needed to crawl up over terrain it previously could not. Definitely a necessary upgrade and RCAWD once again has not disappointed. Just order a set and see.
