I ordered the wrong part so couldn’t test it out, but otherwise seems to be of similar quality to the very similar part I bought this to replace.

I got this controller for a scooter, and it worked great one time! Next time, the motor refused to move me; there was no torque! I varied the speed, and found that at 1/3 the motor dropped in power and stayed there even all the way up. You can hear that the pulses were off.If it worked, it would be great!

These are great controllers easy to install and make the scooters faster and have a lot more torque. Bad news is they only seem to work half the time and you only find this out after a tedious install and the. Have to waste a couple hours putting in another. Reason is because of poor soldering. If it wasn’t for this these would be perfect and a 5 star. Also the ones that do work have not burnt up or broke.

No readable instructions. No schematic. Got 2 nd requested English instructions that I could not understand. They kept referring to car door locks and car windows. Made me think this controller was for electric car. Will not buy again and will try to return for a refund.

Great controller to replace the horrible slow Ninebot junk. I wasted $70 trying to repair one, before I gave up and did a complete rewire using the ninebot harnesses from it's junk to use it's throttle and 36v battery. Wires red and black were run direct to the charge plug, grn/wht were only com wires not needed now. Power from battery fused 60A to external to this controller which it is working great! Trouble was extending the 3 power cables from the motor and I made an adapter for the hall 5 wires using the mainboard harness and adding them to a 6 pin connector to the controller. High E brake for stopping is not enabled, so only the rear brake if you have one. I still wired the hand brake in for cutoff power maybe future use.

I was able to get motor to spin when in the air no problem. Riding the bike I was only able to get one throttle turn and it cut out. It would reset if I cut the power but return to the one burst state. I went with one for the same price from AliExpress but with a higher power range of 500-600wats and able to use a 36-48volt battery as I was at 41v fully charged. I don’t know what the problem was with this controller but I couldn’t get it to work. The AliExpress one works great and had labeled wires In English!

The new RDEXP 36v 500W controller now has the correct colored phase wires and hall sensor cables are already wired up correctly. Remember to hook up the grey learning wire on first startup so the controller can learn what is forward and what is reversed because i thought it didn't work due to it running for the first time for one second then turning off. I noticed that it wound first go reversed then forward then go dead.To correct this hook up the grey learning wires together with the wheel off the ground and let it spin backward by itself then disconnect the grey wires. Turn off controller then back on and check what direction it spins with throttle. If reversed release throttle hook up the grey learning wires again with the wheel off the ground and let it spin forward by itself and disconnect the learning wires again and turn off controller . Now it should work fine when you turn it on and throttle.

Great controller used it to get more power out of my segway if you know your way around electronics and don't mind soldering and swapping connectors for everything this controller works great and is very fast if hooked up right in 3 gear even with small 8 " hub motor 300w I'm hitting 22 miles an hour and I weigh 245
