This product works okay. The hose is too short, and the size of the brush is a little hard to work with. Not too bad for the cost. Syringe is a little small, so you are constantly filling it up.

You have a frozen water line in your refrigerator. This does the trick. I tried the hair dryer method. Also tried just putting a wire up the line. then I ordered this little device and within 5 minutes the line was unfrozen.

I am tryin to delay repairing my refrigerator. The waterline keeps freezing up. I took a chance on this and it worked! I had to repeat the process about 4x but it saved me $$$

The dethawing worked great. But 3/5 stars because I picked this one over the half dozen others because it also came with a cleaning brush.There was no cleaning brush included.
