The ironing board cover fit my 30 year old over-the-door ironing board and was size 14x42. It was a very, very tight fit but it did work. The cover did not come with any elastic clips so I had to purchase some to ensure the cover stayed in place. The cover does not have that much padding, so I purchased a separate pad to use under it. The picture of the cover looks like the cover is a deep red. That is very misleading. The cover is a definite hot pink color, not red at all. It's a decent cover and I'm sure I will get several years of use out of it. I do wish it had been a dark red color, that was disappointing.

Not quite thick as expected. It has a bump IN CENTER OF BOARD THAT LEAVES a mark when ironing which creates more work.
