We include one scrubbing microfiber pad and one dust microfiber pad plus our telescoping aluminum pole. The telescoping mop pole extends to a full 70". Utilized with Microfiber pads they form the latest in mopping technology. This allows for a more efficient and productive system. Size is great for industrial, what is missing though is a spray from the handle. A bit awkward to walk around with a spray bottle as well as holding a large size mop. Other than that, it is good.

This came with only the small wand. There was no other wand in the packaging to make this extend as promised. It would work great if you are only 2ft tall.

I was disappointed at the light weight and plastic parts used in this product. Plastic parts that allows adjustable length of the handle do not work to keep length fixed. Had to use tape to insure length remains fixed. Pads are thin. Wet mop pad must be removed and wrung out by hand frequently to be useful. Messy and more trouble than it's worth. This product is not a substitute for the traditional wet mops and dusters. I do not recommend this product.

I use this for commercial cleaning. It worked well for 4 months, and then I seem to have broken the telescoping aluminum pole. I found the company's website and phone #, and a gentlemen named Dan sent me a new pole (upgraded to stainless steel) for only $10. That type of service and response is what makes me appreciate and recommend purchases. The mop itself is pretty impressive, lightweight, big (36") for maximizing efficiency, and fairly easy to use. I have been using it all my commercial jobs with just water because of how well the microfiber cleans up wood and linoleum floors. I did find that the dry microfiber pad (green colored pad) does not pick up as much dust as the traditional cotton dry mops with fringes, though it still works fine. It is nice to be able to vacuum, machine wash, or wipe dust off of the pads; whereas with the old cotton dry mops you have to shake and spread dust into the air. Give it a try. A friend who has a janitorial service recommended I buy one of these when we moved into our new home. The new place has darker wood floors and shows just about every speck of fuzz so I was sweeping or vacuuming it almost daily. I lifted one too many heavy boxes during the move and it was very hard on my back to be pushing the vacuum around and the motion of using the broom was actually causing headaches. I took his advice and ordered this 36 inch mop and I'm SO glad I did!There is no strain on my back at all when I use this. It glides over the floor and catches everything if you use it in a figure 8 motion and don't lift it to start a new area of floor. And after I'm done I just take my small hand vac and clean the pad in about ten seconds. It was taking me over an hour to do my floor and now it doesn't even take twenty minutes! The pad can also be used damp to clean the floors too. Then it can be thrown in the wash and it cleans up very well.The velcro that attaches the pad to the mop base is very strong so make sure it's in place before you let it touch. Once it's on, there is no way it's coming off until you choose to remove it. :)I highly recommend it for home use if you are unable (or just unwilling! lol) to use a vacuum or broom to clean your floors!

Im a franchisee with 7-11. We recently had new floors installed and they are the worst. My employees spent more time cleaning the floors then with customers. This product works great. HUGE front mopping surface and it makes the work time cut in half.

I can dust-mop my 1700 feet of floors in 7-8 minutes with this, picks up well, swivels easily and goes under pretty much any furniture for a great job. Dirt and pet fur really stick to it! I can dip the washing pad in my wash solution, mop a quarter of the floor, redip it to clean and repeat a few times and am done in about 15 minutes. Does not leave streaks behind (I use Simple Green or Pinesol) like my other mop did. Never going back to other products, totally worth the money.
