I was given one of these as a xmas present back in Dec 2024 and then when my nephew came to visit I bought one for him in January 2025. Unfortunately within 3 months the charging base on my bottle opener no longer charges. I looked on the Ovation website but cannot find anyone to contact for a replacement charging base. Sad that this has not even lasted 3 months very disappointing because I loved the product.

I love this wine opener. It came with instructions, but is still a little difficult to use. I can't get the cork to actually come out of the bottle. I think it's adorable though - so it still sits on my counter.
