Rack quality is great, Backrack are a legend for a reason, gold standard. Amazon lists the item as "like new" and packages it loose after banging it up in their warehouse. No wonder it arrived damaged. If you buy "Ships From Amazon" be sure to order early enough to send back a couple of times.

Was planning on spending a lot more money for a headache rack that could support ladders and full protect rear glass in my 2019 F-250. Checked out the back rack safety rack for a ton less. Was skeptical but took a shot. Install was super easy and straight forward. Headache rack is built well and nicely painted. Looks great on my truck!
