If you buy any Realtruck products, DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They do not care about you as a customer or their business. I wish I had copied the conversation I had with them so I could post it here. I don't care how good the product is if the manufacturer doesn't care to support the product or give their customers the time of day. If this saves one person from getting screwed by Realtruck it has been worth it...
