I ordered one that arrived broken and returned it. It is packaged in a long skinny box that was likely bent or crushed in shipping. The second one was sent back by the carrier before delivery (I assume it was broken). The third one arrived in good condition. I installed it after watching a how-to YouTube video. It looks like it belongs on the bumper and functions as expected. Very glad to have it to keep the bumper paint from scratching.

I was a little hesitate about buying this item because I was afraid I would screw up the installation. It's not complicated (basically a peel and stick application) but I didn't want to apply it and have it be misaligned. Fortunately, there is a nice little mark on the trim piece that aligns with a marking in the middle of my Outback's bumper. I was sure to thoroughly clean the bumper before applying and doing it on a sunny warm day helped the piece with adherence. This is a way more cost effective way to protect your bumper than getting it installed at a Subaru dealership.
