This caliper is an exact reproduction of the original unit except for the mounting bracket. You will need to swap out the mounting bracket from your original caliper. After bolting on, your brake line simply threads into the fitting on the back, it even includes new semi metallic brake pads.

Does not fit 05 sportsman 500 ho atp as stated

It did fit after some drilling out where the bolts that hold it on goes. An had to use the old bracket cause the threads was wrong in bracket it came with. This was on a 2005 Polaris 500 h.o. sportsman. does work well now though
