How shock absorber works?

As the car suspension bounces up and down, shock absorbers dampens out the vibrations bit by bit and we eventually don’t feel it anymore. Can you imagine how comfortable that would be?

Not the right length, not the right surfaces, and not the right threads. This just isn't made for a 2004 FWD Toyota Sienna. (original on the right, this product on the left.)

The box arrived last night it was damaged and opened from the corner exposing the part, in which resulted in it being damaged as well

I received the shocks quickly and installation went pretty well. Only difference noted is that the bottom mount bushing was really tight to fit compared to the OEM parts removed. To overcome this, I dabbed the mounting stud of the van suspension with a bit of wheel bearing grease. This helped to install the shock bushing over it. Other than this installation was pretty straight forward on my 2008 Toyota Sienna.Only one day on the road, but so far, so good.

Front Complete Spring Strut Shock Absorber Fit for Toyota Sienna is a completely disappointing experience. First of all, it did not come complete with a strut assembly, and the package was damaged and falling apart. When asked the seller if they sell a strut assembly, the response was what is that. My mechanic told me the struts wouldn't work and had to purchase the struts from another seller. Then when I returned the struts for a refund it was automatically reordered. Not only did the product fail to meet expectations in terms of quality and performance, but the customer service response to my concerns only added to the frustrations. I would caution other consumers to exercise caution when considering purchasing this product and to be wary of the customer service experience should any issues arise.

Install was easy, quality was that of OEM, comes with absolutely everything. Definitely worth not fooling with breaking down strut. Fit is ideal, smooth ride after.
