To be honest, it arrived very quickly and I installed it very easily. It worked well, but it did not open. I returned it immediately, and I bought another one from Mercedes Dealer. It was locked, but it did not open. I discovered that this was a problem with my car.

I spent a ton of time trying to figure out what the issue was and the whole time it was this part.In the future please test the parts before sending them out .I was able to get it to work with another part which is why I’m sure the part was the issue.
