We use this machete to cut brush and vegetation in the garden. It is well made and seems durable. The blade is very sharp and cuts with ease. It has a serrated edge for rough cutting. The handle feels good in your hand and does not cause fatigue when in use.

The blade on this machete is very sharp, however for the length and weight of it, the handle is too small. The whole thing feels unbalanced. The sheath is cheaply made, the point of the machete had already cut the stitching at the top of it and the point of the blade was sticking through the opening. I was trying to slide the machete that was in the sheath out of box and stuck myself due to the blade cutting the sheath. The blade looks impressive and no doubt will cut things but I am less than impressed with the overall design.

The handle is a nice rubberized grip, but the blade itself is very heavy and constantly pulls your hand down flexing your forearm. For clearing wild greenery, it works pretty well, but the weight of that blade is going to make you work that much harder unless you can appreciate building up your forearms.
