I use this daily for running early in the morning. The light is bright, fully adjustable, and even detaches if you want to use it as small flashlight.One recommendation - I ended up removing the top head band because it was a bit tight to wear over a hat.

It doesn't stay lit. Sometimes I have to tap the unit for it to come back on.The head harness is too small. I wear a size 7 hat or medium. With the elastic extended all the way out it is not a good fit. The elastic that goes across the top of too short and makes it ride high on your head. I can't recommend it.ADDITIONAL information!The company contacted me with an apology and a refund. While the product may have a problem, the company is 5 star.

They mean it in the instructions when they say don't look into the bulb. Very bright. I enjoy the option to use or remove the strap that goes over the crown of the head. The multi-light function is exceptional. Simple to use. I turned off the motion sensing because it really isn't needed while wearing it. My USB charging port was on the bottom side of the light, and covered with a rubber tab, so I am not as concerned about the port getting ruined. Charges relatively quickly with its own cord (comes in package).

I like to run at night, and this headlamp provides me with a very clear view. Recently, I also used it for lighting while camping, and the effect was very good and the durability was also very strong. It is light and comfortable, and it does not put any pressure on the head.
