I think this is the cutest recipe tin! I love the light purple and yellow and green accent colors. The tin comes with essentially everything you'll need in order to organize and use your favorite recipes. I personally love that it comes with a wooden recipe card holder. It is so simple and more useful than you would think, for sure. I also love the dividers for the inside of the tin that help you organize your favorite recipes.I think this would be a perfect recipe box for a bride to be! send the recipe cards with the invitations for their bridal shower and voila! you will have many wonderful family recipes already gathered for you to begin!

I used to store my recipes in a small cardboard box with plain paper dividers. I had been wanting something a little classier and nicer to look at on the counter. This metal recipe box is just what I was looking for. I tend to write my recipes down on little 4.5"x2.25" pieces of paper, so they easily fit in this box. Normal people would probably write them down on large pieces or on index cards - in which case this box would hold up to 4.5"x6" recipes. This box comes with a thick stack of 4"x6" recipe cards as well as a wooden block with slits to display your recipe up while you are cooking.

This tin recipe box is adorable! The floral print is lovely. It fits standard 4" x 6" recipe cards. It comes with the "Recipes" label for the box, a measuring/conversion chart, 8 labeled divider cards (appetizers, beverages, breakfast, desserts, entrees, side dishes, soups & salads, and others), a cute wooden card stand to hold your recipe card while you cook, and 48 recipe cards. I wish it came with more recipe cards or a refill option available as I would like all the cards to match. This is a great all in one recipe box set and would make a great gift.

I love the quality of this set, however the photos are a bit misleading for the tin box. Itโs much more purple in person.

Love love love this cute recipe tin!! Unlike some reviews, I expected.. and also love, the lavender color of this tin. Included are 48 4x6 recipe cards, a conversion chart, wooden recipe holder and a RECIPES label for the front of the tin. Each recipe card has prompts for ingredients and also continues to the back of the card for directions. There are recipe dividers for different categories which are pretty current for our lifestyles now. The 48 included recipe cards do not even begin to fill up the tin. I am guessing at least another 3-4 sets would fit inside this tin. The cards are large enough that you could even print out a recipe and cut and paste it onto the card instead of handwriting your recipe.Love that there is a conversion chart included and the wooden block will prop up a recipe that you are using at any point in time. This is a nice quality item to buy for yourself.. or even for a bridal/wedding gift!!

I love the colors and the floral design on the box. It's cheerful, and the floral designs are pretty. The cards are sturdy and roomy, with title, ingredients, etc., on one side and the directions on the other. This would be a sweet gift -- especially with recipes included -- for a wedding shower, new home, etc. I had started keeping all my shared recipes on my computer -- friends would email them, and I'd just save them that way, or I would type mine and email to them. But I really appreciated having my grandmother's and mother's handwritten recipes, and I didn't want to have future generations longing for something similar. I now ask my friends for handwritten recipes whenever feasible, and I also try to give them. I got this to start writing down more of my recipes so I would have a lot of things handwritten for my kids and their kids and even their kids to share some day and hopefully enjoy using in the kitchen as much as I treasure using the ones my loved ones have handed on to me.
