The dimensions on the picture of the amp do not match the dimensions in the description. You are not getting a 13” amp. It’s 8.6”.

Works great so far,and pounds the sub. Connected to a 2012 Ram with the Alpine system. First I upgraded dash, rear door, and Sub speakers. Highs and mids just screamed almost hard on my ears. Hardly any bass at all. Then purchased and installed the Recoil 1200.1. Used the wires into the amp that originally went to the dual voice coil 250 watt sub. Connected the 2ohm dual voice coil in series to make 4ohms. With the gain set to minimum this thing just pounds. The bass all the lows sound great. This amp could easily blow the sub but with the gain set to minimum it is perfect. Time will tell but so far I love it.

Current price point at the time/date of this review: $149.99 with no discount/coupon being offered. Pricing is reasonable and fair all things considered however a small or decent coupon/discount offering would still always be warmly received. The closer towards the $100 mark the better.Comes in an overall compact and small form factor which works great for smaller sized and compact vehicles tight on space. Or even for larger sized vehicles it’s nice to have more overall real estate to work with and hopefully you can tuck it away in a nice spot thanks to its portable and easy working size.Comes with mounting holes along the corners and generally equipped with the appropriate dials and switches and connection points although in some ways there can always be room for improvements in these areas but it’s generally fine and works and functions as intended.Offers a nice performance punch for its size and output delivery is pretty decent based on the amps and max power. A decent unit.

Amp puts out decent power button unfortunately overheats and goes into protect after about 20 minutes for that reason I give it 2 stars

I have this pushing a single Sundown x8, and it’s everything the sub wants. Clean sound and plenty of power, just wish it had better terminals. For the price though, it’s a steal.

This amp is great. It pushes the sub hard. I run the amp hard daily and it doesn’t even flinch. My only regret was not get the next amp up. But still a great amp for the price. I almost exclusively buy Recoil for my cars. Best boom for the buck.

Amp works perfectly. 3 stars due to false advertising, pics show the amp comes with a bass knob that has a clipping light.It does come with a bass knob but it’s generic with NO clip light.

The amp is amazing for the price. I have it running two Kicker Comp VR 10’s in a band pass box and they are powered perfectly by this item. Could t ask for anything more from it.

The quality of the recoil amps is so much better than I expected. This amp is small and easy to conceal. It seems to be able to keep up with everything I’ve pushed through it so far.
