Love it. Box was damaged in transit but no damage to product. Easy assembly. Has a little trouble connecting to app but my WiFi was set to 5g. Great deal that came with rubs, pellets, and a cover. Did have an issue with one leg connecting to bottom shelf as one of the holes did not line up correctly. Contacted Recteq and the are sending a replacement leg.

The best pellet grill for its size, bar none. I didn't want a grill and smoker any bigger than I needed since it is just a waste of pellets and space.This is every bit as good as the Recteq big boys since it has the same features. It isn't a portable or a cheapened version. This is the real deal, only smaller.Still big enough for a 14lb brisket and a smoke tube. What more could I want?

I know its a early review but most issues were arriving issues. They must have repackage these. Packed in molded foam and shipped by FedEx. Arrive in perfect condition not even a ding. Assembly was very easy. Grill is mostly stainless and heavy steel too! Had a blizzard and getting another. So will definitely update review. Electronics look very solid too! Beautiful grill i can't wait to try er. Pricey but so far worth it!! Chat about it soon!Now ive cooked my first smoke on the patio 410! Not sure if things were fixed etc. Came packed in foam without a scratch. Cooked thys my first cook. Went out 5 times and no temp veryation at all. Stayed at 225. Provided perfect amount of smoke too. Rub with olive oil. Season half with special shit and half with meat church honey hog. Both were absolutely delicious. One bite of each and i had to dry off below lol. Well well worth the money so far.stainless steel build like a tank. Recommend adding to cart and buy now! JUST READ THE WHOLE MANUAL FIRST! RESIST TO OPEN IT UP CONTINUOUSLY!! No i don't work fer this company. Happy smokein, grillin!!!

I’ve had a couple of smokers that produced excellent results but were very needy when it came to temperature management. The temperature on the 410 stays right on the money. Even though it’s just me and the wife I wish that I would’ve bought the next size up. Still very pleased.
