Tried calling the 800 number for product support and number is disconnected. Unit is too big to fit in the back of a Pioneer brand mini-split, so you have to cut a hole and put it in a wall. Then the unit is so loud that it drives us nuts. We have 3 of these that we just installed and it is insane how loud they are. For what these cost, they should be quieter. I do not recommend buying at all.
