The Celtic knots are not the dark yellow or golden color as pictured. Its more of a splotchy white, dark yellow and burgandy.I'm not picky so I'll be keeping it still. However I recommend updating the photo with its true colors.

Very pasty dye job. Not nearly as colorful as shown. More like a faded, thin canvas.

Ja in Indian wird sicher auch auf Lehmböden gefärbt, aber waschen und kontrollieren sollte für den Preis wohl drinn sein, sehr enttäuschend.

I do like the design and the colors on the bedspread however I think it could have been a bit thicker!

The quality of the Batik is average, the cloth is quite pleasant to the touch. For me the problem is that on the foto, probably a narrower size bed, the center rosette fits the width of the bed, with quite a lot of plain black around it, which gives a "quiet" picture. In queen size the rosette overhangs the bed and there is little black around it, giving an overpowering and messy impression.

This bedspread is thin cotton. It is perfect for a couch potato moments where other blankets are too warm. It is easily thrown on a bed for a cover that neatly tucks in on the sides and corners. My kids use this blanket/bed spread daily.

I bought this piece as something to cover my bed til I could find the 'perfect' spread and like it so much that I stopped looking for the perfect spread. It's a very light weight piece and the weave is not tight giving it a very 1960's, hippie feel. When the right spread finally showed up, I hung this an a wall in the rec room!

The seller did NOT describe this product accurately at all. The item is ultra paper thin and light weight - not even close or substantive enough to be called a "bedspread". It's so thin, you can see through it !!! It will most likely fall apart in the very first washing. The celtic knot pattern is nothing more than a cheap ink silk screen ... not a threaded designed embedded into the item. Completely disappointed with this purchase - false advertising !!!
