works great as a painting edge to protect the walls when you paint trim if you are too lazy to remove the trim (as I am).

Easy to hold. Easy to clean ( while wet) . I don't think it should have measured lines on the side. It makes it harder to scrape off old paint.

I'm no expert painter, but would consider myself intermediate. This tool saves hours of time when painting! Easy to use, forget the tape and move forward. One thing to note you will always want a damp cloth beside you to clean the trim tool after a couple of passes when cutting in.

Useful, but metal lip is too small for easy painting. Rollers hardly fit without making a big mess.

I didn't really get the results I wanted from this product. It easily allowed paint to go underneath and made the painting process messy and longer than it should have been. Ive had much better results with tape.

Love using this on baseboards. We have hard wood floors and I just press it down to where the floor meets the baseboard and it works like a charm. I always clean it with a rag every time I use it and it works great!

Earlier this year, my husband and I painted the outside of our house. We were a bit nervous, because we have a significant amount of trim on the house. This made it much easier to paint the trim a darker color than the main part of the house, without bleeding the dark paint onto the light paint. Naturally, we needed to wipe the paint off the trip guard when moving it from one place to another, but that wasn't a big deal. Just have some rags handy for that, and this little gem will make your painting job a lot easier.
