I ordered this Red Dumbbell Spin-Lock Collar for my old 1 Inch screw lock dumbbells. It feels a little loose while spinning it on, but locks just fine against the weight plates. It stayed on tight while using the dumbbells. It is a little smaller than the original metal screw lock collar. Being that it is made of some type of plastic, we shall see how long it last. I am happy with it so far.Approximate Dimensions:Diameter: 2-1/2 inches.Height: 3/4 of an inch.

I ordered this to use for a kettlebell weight plate lock (see attached photo). I tried to see if it would fit the same for one of our dumbbell bars, and although it did screw on & fit around the dumbbell bar handle fine, it would keep spinning even when it was at the tightest it could get against the weight plate. It still held the dumbbell plates in place & seemed like it was secure, but not sure would not do a tight lock fit. Regardless, it fit perfectly on our kettlebell which is what I originally needed it for.
