We bought this in October and the zipper has broken by December. It’s an awesome jacket, but it is now useless. Please tell us if we can warranty it or replace it! It is not even half a year old.

Seems all coats have plastic zippers.. I really don't like that feature... otherwise very nice jacket!

I have been searching for a great soft shell jacket and this was the one I kept. The value for the money is great as the quality from them is great. Well the jacket is a bit heavy it goes with the size and quality. The fit was as expected for a larger guy.

We had these issued at work and when we had to turn back in I bought my own. Waterproof, lightweight, and warm. I wear it daily to work and outside work during the colder months. Easy to clean and dries fast. Plenty of pockets and space to store things. Durable, no loose strings and seams really hold up. I highly recommend this jacket A++++

This is a very nice softshell jacket. I really want to like it, but it's simply cut too big in the belly and chest compared to the arms. Even reordering a size smaller, it was still too big for my not-all-that-slim torso, yet the arms were then too tight and short, and I'm not that buff. When sitting down, all this material poofs out in front, and is just ridiculous. So if you've got a healthy beer belly, this may be perfect, but if you're slim, or actually have muscular arms, maybe not so much.
