When you are using a nitro RC truck and you’ve got your food or mine I highly recommend you get this feel filter I put it on my Traxxas but it’s really made for a red cap but airfare either so I put it on my Traxxas and it does filter or the fuel sometimes dirt can get down in the gas tank so you will want this field to do clean out any impurities before it gets to the motor and blows it so spend the extra few dollars and buy this item you will not regret it

Says it doesn't work on 1/8, but it does. Originally got it for a 1/10 buggy, but I ended up getting rid of that. Now it's in a 1/8 monster truck and I don't see any issues. Small, light and looks good.

It's quite small I diameter. I'd say maybe around 9mm. Just means you may have to clean it more often if you have dirty nitro. It does unscrew with a metal screen inside. You could also use this on other small engines, such as weedwackers and lawnmowers
