Your cart is empty.Manifold book with a flexible cover contains carbonless receipt forms that are consecutively numbered in red. Each page contains four two-part forms with the original in white and the duplicate in yellow. Duplicates feature black print. Security screen prevents alterations. Each form includes a place for date, payment amount, name of payer, payer's address, item description, and recipient name. A chart along the bottom breaks down the payment and includes boxes to fill in the amount of account, amount paid, balance due and payment method with preprinted boxes for cash, check and money order. Receipt book contains 400 sets.

I use these constantly and am disappointed that, despite using the thin cardboard insert that is provided between each layer, the imprint of prior copies makes an impression on the unused copy. Makes it frustrating for me as the vendor as well as for my customers. May want to look into another money receipt book or, do as I did, and provide for yourself a thicker cardboard insert that prevents prior copy impressions. (I took a manila folder and cut it to size as my new insert.)
