I bought 2 of these for my shop. Hardly used and less than a year later both are useless. Neither one would retract very fast or all the way but dealt with it. One completely quit working so I took it apart and the spring was broken. It also exploded out of its casing so I had to throw it away. The other one won’t roll up all the way leaving about 20 feet of hose just hanging around.ABSOLUTE JUNK. HARBOR FRIGHT IS BETTER

Narrower dimensions than most hose reels which comes in handy when mounting on a service truck. Works good.

Your product just ROCKS. I was able to mount it on the wall (which was kind of a pain). But the assembly was great and easy to implement (in regards to the accessory hose and ends). The only recommendation I would have for you, is to instruct your clients when they are ready to install your product, that they should unwind the 50 foot air hose FIRST. The main reason for this is you cannot install the lag bolts to the four locations primarily because the hose is in the way. Once the hose is fully unwind 2 things happens; 1 the unit is a lot lighter in weight (which is easier to mount), and 2 your can then see the holes for mounting the unit. Just a idea.

For the money this is a fantastic product. You want something to hand down to your kids or use daily spend more $. For a homeowner like myself that will use it maybe 20 times a year this is a great addition to the garage. Fairly sturdy, nice hose and adjustable mount. Would buy again.

Works great for in the garage to supply air for tires, balls and blowing dust and dirt off anything that needs compressed air. Hose retracts with no effort. I replaced a 25ft reel with this 50ft one. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of plastic in the product. The old one was all steel. This one has a plastic reel. I doubt that has any real effect on the product life or functionality though.

It just works.I have air, trouble light and a HD electric retractable cord set up in my shop now.I use this retractable air line probably a few dozen times a week. Trouble free. I guess it could be used for water as well. Super handy.I have hangars for air blast, air chuck and pressure gauges next to it. I can switch from one tool to another quickly. Pneumatic tools, die grinders,etc. Reels in or out quickly and out of the way. Hose is long enough I can reach everywhere in a 27’x24’ shop. Or 40’ plus outside to air up tires, air blast vehicle interiors.

I'm just a home owner who does his own repairs and whatnot. The spring action isn't as great as I would like; nevertheless, I bought a cheap model. I use it a few times a week. It works well. I can't just let it go, I have to help feed it, but it is way better than wrapping up the hose. I think I spent close to fifty bucks and at that price, I love it!.
