Want to take the family on a cross-country adventure? Or perhaps you're planning a shorter trip to your favorite campground. Whatever your destination, it's important to have the right equipment, especially when towing a fifth wheel trailer. To ensure proper hookup and safety while towing, you'll need something to attach your fifth wheel hitch in the bed on your truck. Many pickups come equipped with factory-installed rails or puck systems, but if you don't have one of these already installed, don't worry. REESE® has an extensive line of mounting rails and bracket kits, custom-made to the exact specifications needed based on your truck's year, make, and model. REESE also offers several Industry Standard designs, as well as fastener kits, spacer kits, and a Power Puck mounting kit, so you can be sure you're covered, no matter what pickup you're using to tow. So make it easy. Make it fun. Make it REESE, so you can make the journey as enjoyable as the destination.

The rails showed up scratched up. Missing spacers, bolts, and washers. Ordered Reese rails but the installation book was Curt Manufacturing. Very disappointed in this purchase.I emailed the seller for over a week and no help at all.

Even though this kit comes with custom mounting brackets they are still a little hard to get to on the newer rams with the boxed frames. The drivers side front bracket is the worst by far because of the clearance with the fuel tank. The measurements for locating the first rail were about half an inch off. that doesnt seem like much but when you are drilling holes in a 40+ thousand dollar truck that matters ;) You also have to use a holesaw to cut two 1 1/4" holes for the front of the back rails as they are directly on top of a bed crossmember and you have to install a spacer down through the bed.The rails arrived in a box that was beat to pieces and the paint was scuffed off of them as there was barely any padding in between them... Over all this was a good install kit. IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE BUY THE FACTORY GOOSE / 5TH WHEEL PREP PACKAGE If you choose not to, this kit is a good option. The outboard kits are usually easier to install.
