The chain in this set is grade 30 which is much thinner than the original (lower chain in photo). Go to your local hardware or big box store and buy grade 40 or 43 chain. Twice as strong and equivalent to the original. Disappointing that Reese saves a few bucks on a critical part of a WD hitch.

The product is fine and came quickly, but what good is one chain? When I bought a kit I thought I was buying a set of chains...one for each spring bar. Nowhere in the description does it say there is only one chain.
