Big Blu Subzero is the most durable product of its kind for leak detecting under extreme cold conditions.

The temperature rating is down to -30°F. Bubbles will keep forming where other low temp products give out, freeze or become gelatinous.

Big Blu Subzero leak detector is used by OEM’s and industry professionals worldwide that are dealing with extreme cold conditions and are in need of a freeze resistant solution. This is the only bubble solution capable of detecting gas leakage down to 0.79 ounces per year. Use on any gas including Oxygen. There is no better solution than OEM’s detector that can find out gas leakages faster.

It is commonly used in HVAC, plumbing, telecom, aerospace, gas utilities, service industries and MVAC.

This is a strong and persistent film forming liquid, capable of detecting micro gas leakages effectively. Industries that use pressurized gas systems can make use of this advanced propriety formulation.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Turn off or disconnect all power.

2. Coat all surfaces with a flat liquid free of bubbles or foam. Focus on threaded connections, joints, and valves. Read our Leak Detection Manual for more information.

3. Bubbles will form instantly for most leaks. Wait 5-30 minutes. Micro leaks will develop and appear as white foam cocoons or tiny bubble clusters.

4. Place unit back into operation and check for vibration leaks.

5. Wipe or rinse surfaces if water is available.

6. All done!
