What else can I say?? They were terribly inflexible, like there were 2 blocks of some kind of foam that clearly DOESN"T INSULATE, and you couldn't bend your fingers. CAN'T BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS!!

Good to about -15 then your thumbs get cold. The grip on these are really good. Wish the cuff wasn’t so tight also. If you wear these when it’s above 0 your hand will definitely sweat a bit.

I work as a roustabout on the North Slope in Alaska. Not once have I hand cold hands when wearing these. Whether fueling vehicles or grabbing hard-lines, my hands stay warm. Your thumb will get slightly cold, but slide it out and and put it in with your other fingers for a few minutes to warm up. Tested and approved at -54 celsius (true temperature).

I have never been able to keep my hands warm while snow-blowing in minus zero temperatures (yes, minus zero, not minus freezing). These Mittens are the best I have ever found. They do retain some moisture so after 2 hours (I have a 300 foot driveway to clear) they begin to feel somewhat damp, but they dry out after a few hours of non-use. They are somewhat stiff initially (not soft and pliable like cloth/leather thinsulate gloves and mittens) but generally are pliable enough to operate snow-blower controls easily. And best of all, they are great at keeping hands warm -- the weakest points are the thumbs, of course, since they are isolated from the other fingers, but still not bad). Not for tasks where you need extremely flexible hand covers, but absolutely the best I've ever found for shoveling and snow-blowing, and even walking the dog in extreme cold.

I'm in Minnesota so or getting to the negatives so no one glove is perfect. These gloves did well paired with hand warmers and cotton gloves. I was able to be comfortable in -40 degrees. It's now February and the gloves have a single hole in the first layer which instantly exposed me to the cold. So three month, ramp agent job for this price not bad.

These mittens are awesome. I work in a freezer that is -10 degrees and they keep my hands comfortable as far as temperature. They also have an amazing grip.

Over the years I've tried every glove my sportswear store sells to no avail. Every time I had to snow-blow our 500 ft driveway I wound up with frostbite and the pain of thawing out after. These mittens solved the problem! After 3 hours of gripping frozen snowblower handles the hands were still nice and warm, and the fingers just getting cold.Hats off to whoever figured out this design and construction. My fingers sing your praises!
