Functionality is were I have reduced a star. Some road bike components and computer mounts require smaller or larger hex sizes to tighten than what is included. The size of the tool is discrete and attaches well to the bike freeing up space in the tool bag for other essentials. Design is good and to be fair for such a compact tool they have packed quite a bit into it. Weight is very light and can easily be carried in pockets or on the bike with minimal weight. Only time will tell how easy it is to use.

My brother really likes it, and says it has many of the needed tools for both regular mountain bikes and electric bikes. He has not used it yet, so I can not speak for the durability, however it is nice and compact, allowing for easy carry while biking

Wonderfully designed and made in the UK!I haven't had the need to use it yet despite my chain coming off the rear sprocket a few hours before it arrived but I am sure it will be a lifesaver before too long. Compact, light and strong and easily attaches to the down tube for easy access.

Fortunately, I haven't had to have the tool save me yet because I haven't needed to, but it definitely has the tools to do so. It is light and compact and is exactly what you would expect it to be.

Repeat purchase of the multi-tool - this time for two gifts. Excellent product, very lightweight and ideal for day rides. Arrived in two days from ordering - very impressive especially given the Christmas period and associated delays. Would highly recommend.
