This is exactly as described. This medium power relay is Compatible with Toyota and Lexus cars. In my case is identical to the one I pulled out from my Lexus IS 2013.

even when it looks like the original relay in every way except for missing the "TOYOTA", this relay does not work at all. When plugged into the car, instrument gives all kinds of code from alternator to power steering related codes. I'll have to buy one from the dealer.

The timing of this relay's arrival and my actually needing to use it could not have been better. I ordered it for review purposes but ended up needing it for real for a client car less than 48 hours of it showing up. The taxi had been heating up and they called me to figure out why. As I worked my way around the cooling system I ended up finding no flow problems nor were there any leaks. So, I started and ran the car to catch it in the act. In truth the car took FAR longer to even warm up than I had anticipated, at which point I realized the issue could not be hydraulic. I decided to start testing the cooling fan operation in case the driver had been sitting idle for a long time when it overheated, as taxis with do. Sure enough, the fan high speed circuit had failed. No power to the cooling fan. I went to check the relay and it was burned up. Then I noted it was the same amps and footprint of the new relay. I went to my box and grabbed it, installed it and turned on the key again. Fan fired up immediately as the coolant temp was in the range to run the fan. Within a minute temperature had dropped and fan shut off. Close inspection of both relays and I can tell you the Denso replacement is superior quality to the original I removed.
