Fast easy replacement as it is the exactly the same as the original.

It installs easily enough, but it is not instant start and the fluorescent tubes do not shine as brightly once it is warmed up. I am not sure I would buy it again.

Super cute, great quality! But I have a big head and had a little trouble getting it on and off. But 100% worth it. Great product for the price.
