Product is great and connects immediately to djay pro ai software by algoriddim with little to no setup on Mac. But they sent the wrong cable. My system arrived with a European power supply instead of an American one. Luckily I had an additional 12v laying around.Also, be aware the connector they send for macbooks is outdated. You will need to buy or have an adapter for usbc versions of newer macbooks (M1, M2, etc.).Additional things to note: you can not plug your laptop and a iPad in at the same time. For some reason the system doesn’t want to recognize the both of them. Would be cool to jump from my iPads notes, tools, and iOS djay pro app and charge the iPad through the system, or bounce between both iOS and laptop for multiple control points - but it is not currently possible. If there is a solution I have not found it yet.

Sturdy, heavy and snappy faders.Great with Allgoriddim as they have a partnership. Haven’t used with any other programs.Definitely a HipHop, Bass, scratch DJ controller but can pump out mixes with all the gear provided. I love using the cue point pads for live remixing. I ve used this for some live streams with no issues, no sound degradation at all.Worth it if your going to spend 400-600 range.Don’t sleep

Der Mixer mag grundsätzlich bin ganz in Ordnung oder auch gut sein. Angepriesen wird er allerdings speziell für iOS, vor allem in Verbindung mit dem iPad. Ich habe das 2018er 10.5. D.h. es gibt von den Abmessungen her mittlerweile zwei größere. Sowohl dieses Modell als auch meine Vorgänger-Modell (9.7) passen auch ohne Hülle nicht in den vorgesehenen Slot. Aber dann brauche ich doch diesen Mixer nicht (für das iPad 😂). Entweder haben sie auf den Videos das iPad mini (schaut aber nicht so aus, oder es ist eine absolute verarsche mit Fotoshop und Co.).D.h., um das Beatpad 2 nutzen zu können, muss ich das iPad auf einem externen Ständer anbringen oder neben dran legen. Jetzt kommt noch was besseres: das mitgelieferte Kabel misst genau 17 cm (ein 45cm-Kabel kostet gut 40 €). Funktioniert dann also nur, wenn ich das iPad direkt auf die Turntables lege. So etwas bescheuert es habe ich noch gar nie in meinem Leben gesehen - ich gehe davon aus, dass sich die Entwickler entweder mit dem Herstellen von Baby-Windeln beschäftigen oder von mir aus auch etwas mit Atomphysik machen, Musik hat von den Damen und Herren jedoch mit Sicherheit noch kein einziger gemacht. Ich komme mir ein wenig vor, wie in den Werbesendungen nachts um drei, wo es zum Grillofen noch einen Messerblock, einen Schwamm, eine LED Leuchte und die fast echt-Ledertasche dazu gibt. Hauptsache man hat etwas anzugeben, was einen locken könnte.Aber dieses Gerät vor allem für iOS (iPad) anzubieten, ist eine Frechheit, da es so nicht tauglich ist.Selbst mit dem längeren Kabel kann es knapp werden, da ich das iPad nun im Hochformat (sehr wackelig) in den Slot stecken muss. Das Kabel muss dann von oben her angeschlossen werden. Schaut natürlich auch ganz toll aus.Für Mac oder PC-Nutzer kann das Gerät natürlich trotzdem super sein, speziell für das angepriesene iOS i. V. mit dem iPad ist das nicht mal einen Euro wert. Außer man hat noch uraltes iPad mini irgendwo rumliegen ... ohne genügend Speicher.

The controller stoped working after 10 uses. I tried contacting reloop many times and no answer. I am so disappointed. Do not buy this controller.

Excellent controller, the creativity is unlimited it just depends on what type of d.j. You are. I used it for house party and 500+ people in the club. It has lived up to my standards. Just make sure your mac and iPads are loaded with music only, this make it easier for you to rip through your music without any delays. My next event is to enter the Battle of D.J. With this controller and come out the Winner. Great buy for the Money.

Although it is expensive it's worth it ..I was so excited for it to arrive 🤗😜👐🏾.. getting to understand it Was easy because I also have the DJ pro app on my iPad Pro which I'm familiar with so it's much easier for me ...if anybody looking for a small but yet unique equipment ,the reloop beatpad 2 is the best on to go with.... 🤙🏾

One of the most important elements and DJ gear is ensuring consistent performance. While this gear has a high quality build, and feels fantastic to the touch, I was disappointed in its overall performance. When paired with an iPad pro, the audio was terrible. I made sure to use the app it was designed to control, but the audio output would stutter and sometimes drop out all together, as if the internal components were cheap. I tried 2 different iPad pro devices, and even went as far as to completely wipe one of them, to ensure the poor audio performance was not due to an overtaxed processor in the iPad. In the end, I didn't feel comfortable using this device at a gig, and promptly returned it.

Juste dommage pas compatible avec serato et pour cela il y a le MIXON4 qui est en plus, plus aboutie (mais pas le même prix)Juste un regret c'est le voyant qui remplace le marquage du vinyl sur plateau (en rouge) il est beaucoup trop large. Best portable controller available. Reloop build quality is the best of the market. This is what you need if you use DJ PRO by Algoriddim and Spotify.
