The item description here indicates 5.7 thru 7.4. This is actually for 7.4 thru 8.1 which is clearly written on the actual item package.

I used this on my 99 K2500 Suburban with a 454. I had my transmission replaced and the shop who did the work either reused the old gasket or put in a factory replacement that was already blown when I picked the burb up. I tried a cheap replacement that failed after a day.I found this gasket, installed it and it was the cure to the warped catalytic flange. Now my Suburban doesn't sound like a leaky exhaust ststem and it doesn't run rich as the O2 sensor isn't fooled by fresh air.

Great design compresses a little to fill voids. I will look for the REMFLEX gaskets next time I need one.
