I recently purchased the Yard Sale Signs, 3 Pack, for an upcoming garage sale, and I'm pleased with their performance. The signs are large and visible, measuring 17x13 inches, making them easy to spot from a distance. The double-sided design and directional arrows stickers are great features, allowing me to direct customers to my sale from multiple directions.The corrugated plastic material is weatherproof, withstanding the elements without fading or warping. The metal stakes are sturdy, keeping the signs securely in place.My only reason for not giving these signs 5 stars is that they could be more durable. After a few days of use, I noticed some slight bending and wear on the edges. However, this didn't affect their overall performance.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend these signs to anyone hosting a yard sale or garage sale.

Got these for a yard sale coming up and they will do the job. They seem to be made of a sturdy corrugated plastic material. We'll see if they hold up in the weather so they can be used more than once.

Yes I agree with previous reviewers that these signs are of good quality and are very easy to see. However, when I tried to write on them (first with thick markers, then even with permanent markers - since the description and insert had no instructions on what to use) the weatherproofing is so good that the ink immediately came off or faded to almost transparent. After reaching my frustration limit, I finally had to resort to printing my information and covering the printed phrases completely with packaging tape so that they would stay weatherproof (using up several rolls of tape.) Thank goodness I have a printer or I would have been out of luck!Note that of the 3 signs, 2 have arrows and one does not, which for me was helpful (2 will go at street corners to point the way, 1 will go directly in front of the house.) They also appear to be a bit translucent, so if the sun is shining directly on them, some of the printing on the other side shows through a bit. And I’m not sure what to do with the extra sheet of yellow arrows. But hey, so far they are working after putting in a bit of extra effort.

When I think of all the time wasted on poster sheets and stapling to phone poles! And they are ready for next time! LOVE them!
